How do I pay?+
Choose Mobile money (MTN or Airtel) or Card at checkout. You'll finish payment securely on Pesapal and come straight back to your tickets.
Where are my tickets?+
They appear on screen as soon as payment is confirmed. Lost the page? Use Find my tickets with the email and phone number you used.
Do I need to print my ticket?+
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the entrance. Each code can only be scanned once.
My payment went through but I have no ticket+
Payments can take a minute to confirm — keep the order page open. If it still shows pending after 15 minutes, contact us with your phone number.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds depend on the organizer's policy. If an event is cancelled you'll be refunded. See our refund policy.
Organizers
How do I start selling?+
Create a free account, add your event and tickets, then publish. Your event page is live immediately.
What does it cost?+
Free to list. A platform fee (3% by default) is deducted from paid ticket sales. Free events cost nothing.
How do I check people in?+
Open your event in the dashboard and tap Door check-in. Scan QR codes with your phone camera or type the ticket code.
When do I get paid?+
Your dashboard shows sales, fees and what you're owed. The AbakaTickets team sends payouts and records them so your balance stays up to date.
