What we collect
- Buyers: name, email, phone number and the tickets you buy.
- Organizers: account details, organization name and event information.
- Payment details are handled by Pesapal — we never see or store your card number or mobile money PIN.
How we use it
- To issue and verify your tickets.
- To share your name, email and phone with the organizer of the event you booked, so they can manage entry and contact you about the event.
- To provide support and prevent fraud.
Your rights

Your data is stored securely and access is limited to the people who need it.
