Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, ticket buyers are refunded the ticket price to their original payment method.
Postponed or changed events
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, contact us within 7 days of the announcement to request a refund.
Change of mind
Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind unless the organizer's event page says otherwise.
